Timing and timescales

In the retail environment, both timing and timescales are critical to the success of the project. We have the flexibility and resources to fit in with your specific constraints on working hours. At project start up, our estimating department works with the quantity surveyor and contract manager to produce an accurate work schedule with realistic and achievable key dates and deliverables; the dedicated contract manager then oversees the entire project to ensure it is brought in on time and to standard.
